I started my career in the executive search space, where I learned that new career opportunities change peoples lives. I’ve since remained insatiably curious about uncovering human potential in all areas of our lives from our daily vocation to meaningful relationships to sweaty pursuits and beyond.

ABOUT ME

Once upon a time, I finished 26 Ironman races; sport had become my art and my desire to sweat is simply a way of life. I have many untapped goals and hairy dreams, yet currently I’m very invested in growing my gorgeous garden.

I live, work and play from my home tucked in the mountains of Squamish, BC. If I’m not lost adventuring in the trails or forging mushrooms, I’m probably chasing my bernedoodle, Bernie or baking cookies. You are always welcome to stop by for a treat!
